To mark the anniversary of the opening of Brighton College's Chapel in 1859, College Archivist James Harrison takes us on a tour of the history of this now beloved College building.
It is with thanks to T John Reynolds (Le. 1955-59) that we recently received a lovely picture of what could be the first wedding of an Old Brightonian to have taken place in the school chapel.
Fenwick House opened in 1983, becoming the first girls-only House at Brighton College.
I found an old Sussex County Magazine from 1951 with an article about the college. Some interesting pictures and insight into how the school came into being.
