"I visited my Dad in Christchurch New Zealand this last Christmas and ran into an OB in Akaroa, NZ. I didn't write his name down and haven't a clue how to get in touch with him. Are there any Old Brightonians out there that might be able to help me contact him?
What happened was that I asked a guy walking by our ground floor suite to take a picture of a couple of friends and myself. The OB in the pic was the guy! It wasn't until we happened to cross paths again later in the day at a British monument on a hill that my friend said, "Dude, that guy's from Brighton!"
We took the pic and I forgot his name!
