Noah Makower (L5th, School House) has had his talent as an artist recognised by the Royal Academy: one of his paintings, titled 'Pastoral Scene', has been accepted into this year's Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy.

"This is a fantastic achievement," says Mr Twohig (Director of Art). "Around 2,500 works have been accepted by the RA from over 22,000 entries this year, and the majority of pieces have been submitted by professional artists. It is fantastic for someone as young as Noah - who is 15 years old - to have a painting selected for this show. It is a first for the College and Noah can be immensely proud of his achievement." Noah's painting is currently with the RA and so we cannot yet include a photograph of it - but we will do so as soon as possible.
