The first Saturday of term, Saturday 1st September saw the Peter Rumney Memorial Match join forces with the Sam Griffiths Foundation to send out an OB rugby side against the formidable Old Wellingtonians RFC.
A superb afternoon of OB rugby followed, and also some wonderful OB netball, when our OBs took on the College team. Neither OB team won that afternoon, but great fun was had by all, and the Pimms tent and BBQ were very much appreciated! Special thanks to John Aiken (A. 1976-81) and Matt Godfrey, for bringing together the Rumney & Griffiths families.
