As we approach the final months of construction of Project 175, pupils in the Lower Fifth accompanied the Head Master to lay the final bricks on the roof of the new development. Due to open in April 2024, the new facility will provide the school community with a new state-the-art-hub for the performing arts, English, computing and the Sixth Form.
This was a particularly exciting moment for our Fifth Formers, who are very much looking forward to their own space to study and socialise in the new two-storey Sixth Form Centre next year! Also in attendance was Director of Drama, Mr Kerr, who has been closely involved in the design of Brighton’s first ever purpose-built theatre.
The construction programme for Project 175 is running to schedule, and the boys and girls continue to be amazed by its rapid progress as they look on from the Home Ground and the School of Science and Sport.
