We are sad to announce that former President of the Old Brightonians, Richard Brightwell, has passed away aged 63. 

We are sad to announce the passing of Susan Smith, a popular and respected member of the Brighton College community in the 1970s, during which time her husband, Gordon Smith, was Head Master of the Junior School.

Nigel Dearsly (L 1960-65) died over Easter as a result of Covid-19, aged 72.

We are sad to announce that of one of our eldest members of the OB community, Robert Fry (Le. 1940-43), passed away on the 31^st March 2020 at the age of 94.

Dr Christopher Charles Black of Henfield died on Friday 24th May, aged 82. He was was the School Doctor at Brighton College from 1978 until 1997.

Michael Yorke (Ha. 1956-58) was an Anglican priest and for most of his ministry, was associated with four English cathedrals.
