Harlequins and former England centre Jordan has retired at the age of 27 because of a hip injury. He won two international caps in 2012, came through the Quins academy and made 181 appearances.
Turner-Hall, who played for England at every level from under-16s to under-20s, helped Quins win the Amlin Challenge Cup in 2011 and the Premiership title in 2012.
